Random light colour generator

Generates light colours for backgrounds, panels and anything that needs dark text on it.

Light backgrounds are the default for a reason — they suit reading in bright ambient light, which is most of the time — but pure white has the same problem as pure black in the other direction. A very light tinted background reduces the glare of a bright screen in a dark room and gives a page some character. The practical constraint is that the lighter the background, the more contrast options you have for text, which is why light palettes are easier to make accessible than dark ones.
